Pick easy or more challenging routes, and ride your own bike or rent one on site. Each route takes you right into the heart of the beautiful park, fully respecting the environment. Set off at a leisurely pace, follow the rhythm of nature and get carried away by the scent of the Mediterranean scrub and the wind caressing your pedals.

The main cycle routes in the Park:

  • Route A7 – Ombrone River Mouth
Along the river embankment, you’ll come across the San Paolo pumping station and several birdwatching hides. The route continues to Spergolaia, among wild horses and Maremma cattle.
  • Route A8 – Medieval cycle route
A challenging route that climbs towards the Abbey of San Rabano, along an ancient medieval road.
  • Route A1b – San Rabano breve
An easier variant, through woods and Mediterranean scrub, with panoramic views.
